Bek3.bet (referred to herein as "bek3", "we", or "the platform") is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and bek3.

By registering, logging in, or using our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

To open and use an account at bek3, you must meet the following conditions:

• You have not previously been banned from bek3.
• You are opening the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided is accurate and belongs to you.

Registration Process

During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Registering with incorrect information may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawal delays.

After registration, we will send a one-time OTP to your mobile number to complete verification. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested at a later stage for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Bek3 may request identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following rules apply when placing a bet on bek3:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.

• Live betting odds may change once an event has started.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.

About Odds

Bek3 displays odds in decimal format. Odds may change at any time, but the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bek3 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

In-Play (Live) Betting

During live betting, connection issues may cause a delay in bet confirmation. In such cases, bets may be accepted or rejected based on the current state of the event. bek3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from network issues.

Bek3 bonus offers provide users with added value. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bek3 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to access or use an account.

Bek3 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• In the event of suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. If outstanding turnover requirements have not been met at the time of closure, any bonus balance will be forfeited — however, your cash balance will be returned.

If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome or transaction, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact support via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident.

4. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated via email.
